Livora

Indication:

Resmetirom is indicated along with diet and exercise for treating adults with noncirrhotic nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (stages F2–F3).

Dosage & Administration:

The recommended dosage of Resmetirom is based on actual body weight.
For patients weighing:
• <100 kg, the recommended dosage is 80 mg once daily
• ≥100 kg, the recommended dosage is 100 mg once daily.

The recommended dosage of Resmetirom with moderate CYP2C8 inhibitors:
• <100 kg, the recommended dosage is 60 mg once daily
• ≥100 kg: the recommended dosage is 80 mg once daily

Resmetirom can be administered with or without food.

How supplied:

Livora 80 (20’s): Each box contains 20 tablets, (2×10’s) in Blister pack.
Livora 100 (20’s): Each box contains 20 tablets, (2×10’s) in Blister pack.
