Bioshel-D/DX

Indications:

Bioshel-D and Bioshel-DX are indicated for the prevention and treatment of conditions associated with Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency, including:
• Osteoporosis (postmenopausal and age-related)
• Osteomalacia and Rickets
• Hypoparathyroidism (Calcium and Vitamin D depletion due to reduced parathyroid function)
• Latent tetany (Certain muscle disease)
• Hypocalcemia (Low blood Calcium levels)
• Inadequate dietary intake of Calcium and Vitamin D
• Pregnancy and lactation, to support increased Calcium demand
• Maintenance of bone health and prevention of Osteoporosis
• Prolonged corticosteroid therapy (e.g., Prednisone), which may lead to bone loss
• Drug-induced Osteoporosis, particularly from medications such as Phenytoin, Phenobarbital,
or Glucocorticoids

Dosage & Administration:

• Bioshel-D: In cases of calcium deficiency, one Bioshel-D tablet should be taken once or twice daily with sufficient water, or as directed by the physician.
• Bioshel-DX: During pregnancy, lactation, osteoporosis, or in cases of severe calcium deficiency due to other medical conditions, one Bioshel-DX tablet should be taken once or twice daily with sufficient water, or as directed by the physician.
• Taking in full stomach ensures better absorption.

How Supplied:

Bioshel-D Tablet: Each container contains 30 tablets.
Bioshel-DX Tablet: Each container contains 30 tablets.
