Prioxim

Indications:

• Lower Respiratory Tract Infections (LRTIs)
• Bronchiolitis
• Pneumonia
• Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Bronchitis (AECB)
• Typhoid fever
• Complicated Urinary Tract Infections
• Post- Operative Infections
• Switch Therapy

Dosage & Administration:

Adults and Children over 10 years: 200 mg twice daily or 400 mg once daily for 7 to 14 days

Pediatric Patients (6 months and older): 8 mg / kg / day for 7-14 days.

For Typhoid Fever: 10 mg / kg / day for 7-14 days

How supplied:

Prioxim 200 mg Tablet: Each box contains 16 (4×4’s) tablets in Alu-Alu blister pack.

Prioxim 400 mg Tablet: Each box contains 8 (2×4’s) tablets in Alu-Alu blister pack.

Prioxim Powder for Suspension (30 ml & 50 ml): Each box contains one glass bottle of dry powder to reconstitute 30 ml & 50 ml suspension along with measuring cup. 30 ml box contains an additional dropper of 5 ml.
