Presnor

Indications

Presnor is indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents.

Dosage and administration

Adult: The usual starting dose of Olmesartan Medoxomil is 20 mg once daily. Dosing should be individualized. Depending on the blood pressure response, the dose may be increased after 2 weeks up to 40 mg.

Pediatric (6 to 16 years of age): The usual recommended starting dose of Olmesartan Medoxomil is 10 mg once daily for patients who weigh 20 to <35 kg, or 20 mg once daily for patients who weigh > 35 kg.

How Supplied

Presnor 20 Tablet (35’s): Each box contains 35 tablets (5×7’s) in Alu-Alu blister pack.
Presnor 40 Tablet (21’s): Each box contains 21 tablets (3×7’s) in Alu-Alu blister pack.
