Job Context:

DBL Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for talented and aspiring individual as Executive, Sales Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates through collecting, verifying, and processing of expense and other bills of field sales team;
  • Ensure proper distribution of Promo material, ID card, Bag, Mobile device and Motorbike;
  • Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional expenditure;
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
  • Carry out all Motorbike related activities of Field Forces e.g. registration, insurance etc;
  • Contact the BRTA & Civil Government to take administrative responsibility for registration of Motorbike;
  • Collect different proposals, market handover documents and other sales-oriented documents from field and maintain a proper record;
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure best outcome for sales team;
  • Frequent market visit to track the activities of sales colleagues;
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate from any recognized University
  • Major in Marketing is preferable.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2/3 years’ relevant experience in Pharma Sales Administration.
