Danemia

Indication:

Daprodustat is indicated for the treatment of anemia due to chronic kidney disease
(CKD) in adults who have been receiving dialysis for at least four months.

Dosage & Administration:

Correct and exclude other causes of anemia (e.g., vitamin deficiency, metabolic or
chronic inflammatory conditions, bleeding) and Iron stores, Liver condition before
initiating Daprodustat.
For adults not on ESA treatment, Daprodustat starting dose is based on
hemoglobin level. For hemoglobin < 9 g/dL the dose is 4 mg once daily, for hemoglobin ≥ 9 to ≤10 g/dL the dose is 2 mg once daily & for hemoglobin > 9  g/dL the dose is 1 mg once daily.

How supplied:

Danemia 1 Tablet: Each box contains 20 tablets (2×10’s) in blister pack.
Danemia 2 Tablet: Each box contains 10 tablets (1×10’s) in blister pack.
Danemia 4 Tablet: Each box contains 10 tablets (1×10’s) in blister pack.
Danemia 6 Tablet: Each box contains 10 tablets (1×10’s) in blister pack.
